About Me
Sara is a kind, engaging, patient, and compassionate educator. She meets children where they are and develops a game plan to ensure children are able to reach their full potential. Sara has the unique ability to make learning fun which leads to the development of a more engaged student. Sara helped my child become a confident student who now enjoys learning.

Teaching Has Been My Lifetime Calling
Since I was five years old, lining up my teddy bears to teach and read to, I have known that I was meant to teach reading as my life’s work.
After living and working in Brookline for 13 years, specializing in teaching students with language-based learning disabilities, such as dyslexia, I moved to the South Shore to begin the next stage of my life of starting a family.
It was immediately evident to me, as well as to the parents with whom I have spoken, that there is a lack of services for students with reading difficulties in this area. It is my goal to change this through teaching those in the area who may otherwise be underserved.
Through this particularly challenging time of the pandemic, students and their families need reliable, dependable, scientifically proven reading and writing intervention strategies now more than ever. I consider it my honor and privilege to be able to offer individualized instruction and support to families of the South Shore.
I love working directly with families and tailoring my lessons to exactly what is needed to help each child succeed. As a result, I have transitioned from full-time public school teaching to full-time private teaching. I have built a private brand new learning center as an annex off of my home in Hingham in order to teach students in a bright, calm and welcoming environment.
